PURPOSE: A flange pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to directly cast a flange from melt without concentric processing. CONSTITUTION: A flange pipe comprises a pipe body(110) and a flange model which is made of foamed resin and coupled to the outer periphery of the pipe body. A mold is made using the flange model and molten metal is injected to lost foam cast a flange body(150) on the exterior of the pipe body. The flange body and the pipe body are made of the same material.
