PURPOSE: A carbon resistance body for electric heat is provided to obtain flexibility and electric safety at the same time by coating a pair of carbon fibers with insulating material and forming the pair of carbon fibers into one electric wire shape. CONSTITUTION: First carbon fiber(110) and second carbon fiber(120) release heat by electrical characteristics. The first carbon fiber and the second carbon fiber are parallely arranged at a constant interval. The distance of the first carbon fiber and the second carbon fiber is a range of 0.5 to 1cm. Coating(130) protects the outer circumstance of the first carbon fiber and the second carbon fiber. A plurality of minute vent holes(131) releases heat created in the first carbon fiber and the second carbon fiber to outside. The plurality of minute vent holes is formed on the coating.
