The frame has slots for receiving a fixed shelf (7), and holes (5) at sides of the frame for housing support pads (6) for the shelf, where the periphery of the frame is provided with flat or raised prints and designs. Metal plates are affixed on the circumference of the frame so as to allow fixing of magnetized objects. A Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) hook is affixed to the periphery of the frame for fixing of peripheral objects having Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) loop. A recess is provided on top for allowing vegetation to grow from the frame.
