<p>PURPOSE: A training system is provided to strengthen muscular strength and endurance and to improve nerve root cooperation at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A training system includes a laning apparatus, a control device, a display tool(4), a voice method(5), and an input tool(6). The training apparatus is for training a user. The control device controls the training apparatus. The display tool indicates game screen during training. The control device comprises a memory unit and an operation unit. The memory unit memorizes MR fluid load characteristic information, goal load of the training, and game information about the training. The operation unit controls the MR fluid load generating unit and indicates training postures on the display tool after making images corresponding to the training postures.</p> |
