PURPOSE: A back reclining device interlocked with the cushion of a seat for a vehicle reduce manufacturing cost through moving a seat cushion by sliding by interlocking with the reclining of a seat back. CONSTITUTION: A back reclining device interlocked with the cushion of a seat for a vehicle comprises a back frame(10), a reclining locking unit(20), a cushion locking unit(90), and a cushion sliding unit(40). The back frame is composed of a main frame(11) and a reclining frame(12). The reclining locking unit locks or releases the main frame and reclining frame. The cushion locking unit locks or releases the reclining frame and a cushion frame. The cushion sliding unit moves the cushion frame while the back frame being reclined.
