PURPOSE: A concrete transfer structure having a composite Y-pipe and a shear injector in shotcrete construction equipment is provided to improve work efficiency and durability by uniformly mixing concrete with an accelerating agent. CONSTITUTION: A concrete transfer structure having a composite Y-pipe and a shear injector in shotcrete construction equipment comprises a transfer pipe(1), a composite Y-pipe(2), and a shear injector(3). The front end of the transfer pipe is coupled to a transfer pump, and the rear end is coupled to a concrete dispersion unit. The concrete dispersion unit has an injection nozzle for injecting compressed air to the composite Y-pipe. The composite Y-pipe is installed on the transfer pipe. Concrete and an accelerating agent are put into the composite Y-pipe, and the composite Y-pipe uniformly mixes the concrete with the accelerating agent. The shear injector is installed in the end of the transfer pipe and increases the pressure of the concrete dispersed at the concrete dispersion unit. |
