PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing titanium dioxide-coated sericite is provided to ensure safe application on the skin. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a cosmetic composition containing dioxide-coated sericite comprises: a step of mixing titanium dioxide and sericite on powder(S10); and a step of vibrating a mixture of titanium dioxide and sericite at 2500rpm for 60-75 minutes for coating the titanium dioxide on the surface of the sericite(S20). The weight ratio of the titanium dioxide and sericite 0.8-1:1.
