PURPOSE: A hot water floor is provided to replace only a floor sheet when the floor sheet is damaged and to rapidly conduct heat to the floor sheet. CONSTITUTION: The hot water floor comprises a hot water floor sheet(100), a hot water pipe(200), and a floor plate sheet. A plurality of sheet blocks(110) comprising grooves(101) for the hot water pipe is formed on an upper surface of the hot water floor sheet. The hot water floor sheet is installed on a floor of a building with a plurality of closely connected sheet blocks. The hot water pipe is inserted into the grooves formed on the upper surface of the hot water floor sheet. The floor plate sheet is laminated on the upper surface of the hot water floor sheet to be separated from the floor sheet. A thermal conductive mesh sheet is attached to a lower part of the floor plate sheet.
