Provided is a leakage detection breaker wherein an AC leakage detection judgment unit (2a) judges whether or not there is an AC leakage based on a signal output from an alternative current leakage current detection unit (1a), and a power supply breaker unit (3) cuts power supply from a commercial AC power supply (51) to a load (53). A DC leakage detection judgment unit (2b) judges whether or not there is a DC leakage based on a signal output from a DC leakage current detection unit (1b), and a power supply breaker unit (3) cuts power supply from a DC power supply (52) to a load (53). As a result, not only leakage generated in a path connected to the commercial AC power supply (51), but leakage in a path connected to the DC power supply (52) is also detected, and power supply from the power supply for the path where the leakage occurred is cut. |
