摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire three-dimensional magnetic field distribution with high accuracy by making rapid and accurate measurement of magnetic field distribution in two different distances to an object. <P>SOLUTION: This magnetic field distribution acquisition device includes a sensor part 2 for measuring a magnetic field. In the sensor part 2, a first sensor group 21 is discretely arranged on a first plane 81 facing the object, and a second sensor group 22 of the same configuration as the first sensor group 21 is arranged on a second plane 82 separated by an infinitesimal distance from the first plane 81 to the object side and fixed in parallel with the first plane 81, discretely without overlapping with the first sensor group 21 in the normal direction of the first plane 81. The magnetic field distribution acquisition device can thereby make rapid and accurate measurement of magnetic field distribution in two different distances to the object. An arithmetic part obtains a three-dimensional magnetic field caused by the object with high accuracy based on a first measured value group of the first sensor group 21 and a second measured value group of the second sensor group 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
