An electronic control apparatus for a brake system, a method of manufacturing a coil thereof and a jig for winding the coil are provided to save assembling time and work by simplifying the construction of a coil assembly, and to prevent foreign materials from being flowed in the apparatus effectively. An electronic control apparatus for a brake system comprises an electronic control unit(200). The electronic control unit comprises: a modulator block(110) including a master cylinder and a flow path connected to each wheel cylinder and a pump for pumping oil passing through the flow path, a hydraulic control unit(100) including plural solenoid valves combined to the modulator block for controlling the flow of the oil, a housing(210) combined with the modulator block, plural coils(220) combined to the housing in correspondence to the each solenoid valve, and a circuit board(200) combined to the housing so as to be connected with the coil. The housing includes a combining surface contacted to the surface of the modulator block where the plural solenoid valves are projected. The combining surface includes plural valve covers(212) into which the plural solenoid valves are inserted. The plural coils are respectively inserted into the outside of the each valve cover and arranged outside the each solenoid valve.
