<p>Provided is a brassiere comprising cup parts having good formability, shape retention, moisture permeability, and air permeability. Cores of the cup parts are formed of a three-dimensional netlike core sheet. The core sheet has a three-dimensional mesh structure formed by a large number of thermoplastic elastic resin filaments, and the filaments are joined by fusion at mesh knots where the filaments cross each other. Cushion sheets comprising nonwoven fabric are attached to the front and back surfaces of the core sheet, and cloth is surface-bonded to the outer sides and skin-sides of the cushion sheets. Since the core sheet is formed of a thermoplastic elastic resin, the core sheet can be formed into a desired curved shape by hot forming. The cushion sheets are formed of thin sparse nonwoven fabric and are attached to the core sheet according to the curved surface of the formed core sheet, and the front and rear cloth is surface-bonded to the cushion sheets.</p> |
