IMAGE MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A video monitoring system and a method thereof are provided to efficiently perform monitoring activity having attention power when monitoring a monitoring area. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cameras(100) takes a photograph of a monitoring area. A plurality of the cameras generates an image of the monitoring area. A video monitoring apparatus(200) receives the image of the monitoring area from a plurality of cameras. The video monitoring apparatus recognizes the number of mobile objects within the received image.
