<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of determining presence/absence of liquid retained inside a conduit with its present attitude held (a nondestructive and non-dismantled due state). <P>SOLUTION: The liquid infiltration detecting system includes: a heating unit 18 for heating a part of a test object, or a conduit; and a measuring unit 20 for measuring the temperature of the test object. The liquid infiltration detecting system compares a measured value of a temperature change due to the heating that is measured by the measuring unit 20 when being heated by the heating unit 18, with a reference value of the temperature change due to the heating of the test object that is acquired previously, and detects whether the liquid is infiltrated inside the conduit installed on a rolling stock. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
