摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet feeder which can surely feed a pellet to be transferred by air to a part to be fed the pellet. <P>SOLUTION: The pellet measured by a pellet measurement part is moved toward the pellet feeder 33 by air in a pellet transfer pipe 32. The pellet feeder 33 comprises a discharge pipe 33 and a cover member 94. The cover member 94 has a pellet discharge port 94a which is opened downward and a peripheral wall 94b. The peripheral wall 94b is constituted of an air permeable porous member 101 having a ventilation hole group composed of a large number of ventilation holes whose opening dimensions are smaller than the particle diameter of the pellet. The pellet P ejected together with air from a tip opening 93a of the discharge pipe 93 collides with the internal face of the peripheral wall 94b of the cover member 94. The air colliding with the periphery wall 94b is discharged to the outside through the ventilation holes 100. The pellet P colliding with the peripheral wall 94b falls downward and progresses toward the part 25a to be fed with the pellet from the pellet discharge port 94a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
