PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a pulp of waste paper is provided to beat paper by high speed rotation under high pressure and to prevent blockage of waste paper. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a pulp of waste paper comprises a dissociation part and a beating part. The dissociation part crushes and dissociates waste paper. The beating part comprises a beater. The beaten gap includes a supply hole(45a) formed at the center of a beating disk and a discharge hole(45b) formed at the edge of the outer circumference of the beating disk.
