<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless explosion-proof apparatus which properly satisfies explosion-proof specifications (Type-n explosion-proof specifications) without using any pressure-tight chamber and which can attain high-performance wireless communication. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless explosion-proof apparatus, whose transmit-receive means for transmitting and receiving radio signals through an antenna is disposed within an explosion-proof chamber, includes short stub means disposed within the explosion-proof chamber on a connection line which connects one end of a central conductor of a connector portion of the antenna to the transmit-receive means. The short stub means secures electric conduction between the one end of the central conductor and a ground so as to keep potential of the central conductor at certain potential.
