PURPOSE: A super hydrophobization method of plastic surface using carbon material is provided to shorten surface structure time and manufacturing process time. CONSTITUTION: A super hydrophobization method of plastic surface using carbon material comprises the following steps: a first step of manufacturing solvent of plastic or carbon material dispersed solution by dispersing the carbon material in a mixed solution of solvent and non-solvent; a second step of dipping plastic in the carbon material dispersed solution and expanding plastic surface; a third step of dipping the plastic in the non-solvent and inducing coagulation and crystallization of the plastic; and a fourth step of eliminating solvent from the manufactured plastic surface.
