PURPOSE: A fire escape device of a multistory building is provided to enable a user to escape downstairs through a manhole and a ladder. CONSTITUTION: A fire escape device of a multistory building comprises a main body(1), a manhole(2), an upper cover(3), a lower cover, a ladder(5), a fixed floor unit(6), an anchor bolt, a fixing joint groove, and a lock device. The main body is formed in a square box shape. The manhole is formed to penetrate in one side of the main body so that a user can pass through. The upper cover and lower cover are installed in the entrance and exit of the manhole. The ladder is arranged to be extended while moving up and down. A plurality of fixing joint grooves is couple with the anchor bolt. The lock device locks the upper cover and lower cover in the closed state.
