PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle structure and a tension cable to be used as its multicable capable of improving water cut-off performance of an end part of an overall covering of the multicable stored in an inner tube. SOLUTION: This saddle structure 1 includes the inner tube 10 fixed on a main tower of a bridge, the multicable passing through the inside of the inner tube, and a filler (grout 40) filled into the inner tube, covering a section passing through the inner tube of the multicable 30, and fixing the section passing through the inner tube onto the inner tube 10. The multicable 30 has an intertwined body composed of a plurality of covered PC steel stranded wires 30w and the overall covering 30c provided at the outer periphery of the intertwined body. The section passing through the inner tube of the multicable 30 includes an exposed part 30e having no overall covering 30c, a covered part 30j being adjacent to the exposed part 30e and having the remaining overall covering 30c, and water-swellable sealing agent coming into contact with the moisture in the filler to swell and cut off water in the end part of the covered part 30j.
