PURPOSE: A three-dimensional cooling type yogurt ice cream producing apparatus using cooled air is provided to mold ice cream at proper temperatures without generating the excessive freezing inside a cooling cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional cooling type yogurt ice cream producing apparatus comprises the following: an air cooling line(100) discharging cooled air into a cooling cylinder; the cooling cylinder cooling, molding, and stirring a yogurt ice cream undiluted solution; an inner cylinder(11) freezing and stirring the yogurt ice cream undiluted solution; an outer cylinder(12) surrounding the inner cylinder, including a space unit(12a) contacting the inner cylinder for flowing a refrigerant; a refrigerant inlet(16) and a refrigerant outlet(17) installed on the outer cylinder; a refrigerant contact tube(110) inserted into the space unit, and cooled by the refrigerant; an air injection tube(120) inserted into the cooling cylinder for injecting air; an air nozzle(130) installed on the air injection tube; a stirring unit stirring yogurt ice cream inside the cooling cylinder; first and second holders installed inside the cooling cylinder; a stirring roller stirring the yogurt ice cream by the rotation of the holders; and inlet pipe and outlet pipe units(121, 122).
