PURPOSE: An infrared ray touch screen device is provided to efficiently install and separate an infrared ray touch screen by using a simple configuration which combines an optical scanner, a light guiding bar, and a light receiving unit. CONSTITUTION: An optical scanner(200) is connected through a wire and scans the entire area of a screen. Light guiding bars(300) are installed in the screen and guides light which is emitted from the optical scanner. A light receiving unit(400) senses light which is guided through the light guiding bar. An XY-decoder detects a touch position of the screen.
