The device (1) has a support i.e. grille (3), in the form of web and receiving a heating circuit i.e. electric resistor, where the circuit is powered by a heating unit. The grille is arranged along a bottom wall of an enclosure i.e. swimming pool. Each of coils (11-16) of the heating circuit comprises an inlet orifice (110) and an outlet orifice (111) of heat transfer liquid e.g. gel. The coil is defined by flexible heating tube made of synthetic material e.g. PVC. The orifices communicate with a manifold connected to the heating unit. An independent claim is also included for a swimming pool equipped with a heating device along a wall of the swimming pool.
