PURPOSE: A device for an electric light logic based on a multi-mode interference is provided to operate various logic gates by having improve signal processing speed. CONSTITUTION: An element for an electrical light logic includes as follows. An multi mode interference device(100). An input unit(200) inputs an input light signal to the multi mode interference device. The input unit has a plurality of input path(210-1,210-2,210-3). An output unit outputs an output optical signal generated from the multimode interference device to external side by receiving the signal. The output unit has a plurality of output path(310-1,310-2,310-3).
