PURPOSE: A portable vinyl pack is provided to be conveniently used regardless of a time and a place. CONSTITUTION: A portable vinyl pack comprises a pack body(1) and a pocket(2). The pack body is made of a vinyl material in order to be folded many times. A loop is formed in upper one side of the pack body. A plurality of pockets is formed in one side of the pack body and keeps vinyl for keeping an umbrella. At least three pockets are formed in the front of the pack body. The pockets are formed at an interval from each other so that the pack body can be folded many times.
