PURPOSE: A diffusing plate and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to make patterns of a triangular pyramid shape to be hexagonal on the diffusing plate, thereby effectively dispersing light. CONSTITUTION: A light source is located on a reflecting plate(122). A diffusing plate(200) is located on the light source. Triangular patterns protrude from the diffusing plate. A plurality of optical sheets(127) are located on the diffusing plate. A liquid crystal panel(110) is located on the optical sheets. Adjacent six triangular patterns are hexagonal. |
