Plasma Display Panel Filter

摘要

PURPOSE: A plasma display panel filter is provided to improve the transmittance of visible rays by preventing oxygen diffusion between a metal layer and a oxide layer and to block near infrared rays and electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: First high refractive transparent thin film layers(210-1-210-3), first oxidation prevention layers(212-1-212-3), a metal thin film layer, and a second oxidation prevention layer are formed on repetition films(202-1-202-3). The thickness of the first high refractive transparent thin film layer is a range of 20 to 30nm. The thickness of the first oxidation prevention layer and the second oxidation prevention layer is a range of 2 to 5nm. The thickness of the metal thin film layer is a range of 10 to 15nm. A second high refractive transparent thin film layer(204) is arranged on the repetition films.
