PURPOSE: A regenerative break control method of automobile is provided to improve driving stability and drivability and to prevent unnecessary reacceleration. CONSTITUTION: A regenerative break control method of automobile comprises the following steps: setting a second establishment retardation which is bigger than a first establishment retardation when brake pedal is in either on or off condition; monitoring a regenerative braking; detecting on and off state of the brake pedal during the accelerating pedal is switched off(s43); comparing deceleration of vehicle to the first establishment retardation if the brake pedal is not turned on when the accelerating pedal is off(s44); lowering revival braking amount if the first establishment retardation is bigger than deceleration of the vehicle(s45); and increasing the revival braking amount if the first establishment retardation is less than deceleration of the vehicle(s46).
