<p>PURPOSE: A pedicle screw is provided to easily fix a load within a tulip head by offering spindle screw thread to inner surface of the end part of a flank. CONSTITUTION: A screw head(2) locates on the end part of a screw shaft(1). A clamping part(17) is fixed within a tulip head by a bore(16). The clamping part comprises a tool guide. The tulip head comprises an internal screw thread(20) for fixing load. A head retainer(7) is arranged on two pins which rotate within each pin bore. The head retainer is formed into a v-shape. The pin bore is opened toward the screw shaft. The screw shaft can be biased to a multi-axial direction regard to a longitudinal head shaft. One or more cut-outs(13) are perpendicularly arranged to a support shaft.</p> |
