PURPOSE: A semiconductor device with an integrated circuit is provided to perform a test operation by distributing a test signal through an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device(100a) includes a first connection terminal, a second connection terminal(20), a third connection terminal(30), and a first circuit module(60). If a mode signal is not applied, a first circuit module receives a first signal from the first connection terminal and a second signal from the second connection terminal. If the mode signal is applied, the first circuit module receives the first signal from the first connection terminal and the second signal from the third connection terminal. |
