CONSTANT-FREQUENCY DAMPER

FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed damper is made of resin bulk with holes accommodating top and bottom metal cups with taper springs arranged there inside. Said springs are made from spring steel. Said resin bulk is furnished reinforcing plates press-cured thereto from top and bottom. Top and bottom metal cups are secured on said reinforcing plates by contact welding. Top cups have grooves filled with blocks made up of tubular cylinders glued therein. Reinforcing plates have one threaded hole to fasten assembly in top plate and damper to frame in to bottom plate. Since every reinforcing plate features thickness of 4 mm, fastening nuts are welded to said threaded holes. To align threaded holes with hose in frame and support, guide studs are arranged on reinforcing plate. Taper springs are aligned by guide ledges made in metal cups. ^ EFFECT: reduced vibration load on assembly. ^ 1 dwg
