PURPOSE: A haptic feedback generation apparatus, haptic feedback providing apparatus, method, portable terminal, and recording medium thereof are provided to embody excellent recognition rates by using QR(Quick Response) code before using haptic feedback information. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(110) senses acceleration values from the movement of a user. A control unit(120) creates a normalized signal based on signals of the sensor unit. The control unit creates haptic feedback information based on normalized signal. An encoding unit(130) encodes the haptic feedback information. The sensor unit outputs the sensed acceleration values to the control unit.
