<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which improves production efficiency and light utilization efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module 50 includes: a circuit board 20 in which circuit layers 22 are formed on a surface of an insulation base material 21; solar cells 50 disposed on a front surface side of the circuit board 20 and having electrodes 51 on a rear surface; a first sealing material 70 disposed between the circuit board 20 and the solar cells 50 and sealing the solar cells 50 from a rear surface side; and a second sealing material sealing the solar cells 50 from a front surface side.
