<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of preventing offset voltage fluctuation at an amplifier part at the time of gain switching at the amplifier part. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: an amplifier circuit (3) in which one of an inversion input part and a non-inversion input part is connected to the other node of input capacitance while another one is connected to a node of reference voltage; a first feedback capacitance (C1) which is connected between the other node of the input capacitance and an output part of the amplifier circuit; a first MOS transistor switch (8) connected in series to the first capacitance; a second MOS transistor switch (4) which is connected in series to the first feedback capacitance with a drain and a source being shorted; a second feedback capacitance (C2) which is connected between the other node of the input capacitance and the output part of the amplifier circuit; a third MOS transistor switch (9) which is connected in series to the second feedback capacitance; and a fourth MOS transistor switch (5) which is connected in series to the second feedback capacitance with a drain and a source being shorted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
