PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a positive electrode active material is provided to provide a positive electrode active material improving initial capacity and power efficiency by improving electrochemical properties by using ultrasonic wave treatment and rheological phase method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a positive electrode active material comprises: a step of synthesizing LiMPO4; a step of mixing the LiMPO4 into synthetic polymer carbon precursor coating solution dissolved into solvent, and synthesizing by using rheological phase method; a step of ultrasonic treating synthesized material, and evaporating solvent of rheological phase; and a step of heat-treating the material in order to synthesize LiMPO4/c carbon-coated on LiMPO4 surface. |
