<p>A smart pump comprising a housing (5), an outlet cover (13) arranged on the top of the housing (5), a power plug (1) arranged on the outlet cover (13), a circuit board (2) arranged within the housing (5), and a rotor (4) and a stator (6) arranged under the circuit board (2). A motor front cover (7) is arranged in the lower part of the housing (5). A turbine housing (8) is arranged under the motor front cover (7). An impeller (10) is arranged within the turbine housing (8). A rotary shaft (3) is shared between the impeller and the rotor (4). A water outlet pipe (14) is arranged on one side of the housing (5) and a water level sensor (12) is arranged on the other side. The water level sensor (12) comprises a sensor box (15). A sensing probe is arranged on the sensor box (15). The sensing probe comprises a high water level probe (16), a low water level probe (17) and a ground probe (18), the lengths thereof being that the high water level probe (16) is shorter than the low water level probe (17), which is shorter than the ground probe (18). Water pumps employing the water level sensor can control the rotation of the pump on the basis of the water level, ameliorating a common scenario with existing pumps in which the pump does not pump when water is available and pumps when no water is available.</p> |
