TRANSPARENT LAMINATE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND FILTER FOR PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A transparent laminate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a filter for a plasma display panel including thereof are provided to stably produce the transparent laminate using a DC sputtering method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a transparent laminate comprises a step of laminating an aluminum-zinc oxide layer(AZO) and a metal layer(30) by turns on one side of a substrate(10). The metal layer and the aluminum-zinc oxide layer are laminated on the aluminum-zinc oxide layer using a DC sputtering method. The thickness of the aluminum-zinc oxide layer is 150-800 Angstroms. The substrate is a glass material. The metal layer is formed with silver or silver alloys, and has the thickness of 30-250 Angstroms. The refractive index of the aluminum-zinc oxide layer is 1.8-2.3. A PDP(plasma display panel) filter includes the transparent laminate.
