PURPOSE:To provide a noodle cooling apparatus capable of quickly and surely cooling oil-fried noodle lump to normal temperature to improve the production efficiency and having shortened cooling line to save the installation space. CONSTITUTION:A box-shaped cooling part is divided into an upper half part 16a and a lower half part 16b with a partition plate 18 provided with a plurality of parallel guide walls 19 extending in longitudinal direction. One or plural ventilation slits 17 are formed between the guide walls 19 and opened to the lower half part 16b of the cooling part to connect with the blowing port of a blower. A pushing conveyor 21 for pushing a noodle lump 15 supplied on the partition plate 18 and transferring the lump along the guide wall 19 is extended in the upper half part 16a of the cooling part in a state to expose both ends of the conveyor from the cooling part. An exhaustion fan is placed above the upper half part 16a.
