PURPOSE: A carbon-ceramic brake disk and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the damage due to outside impact or high speed driving through increasing heat transfer efficiency and the strength of connection portions connecting two circular plate portions. CONSTITUTION: A carbon-ceramic brake disk and a manufacturing method thereof comprises a first circular plate portion(51), a second circular plate portion(52), a connection portion(53), and a cooling channel(54). The first circular plate portion is located with space with the second circular plate portion. The first circular plate portion and second circular plate comprise long staples(F1) respectively. The connection portion comprises a short staple(F2) and connects the first circular plate portion and second circular plate. The cooling channel is formed between the connection portions. The long staples is 11-50 mm and the short staple is 1-10 mm.
