The metal complex includes gold(Au), silver(Ag), iron(Fe), cobalt(Co), nickel(Ni), chrome(Cr), manganese(Mn), barium(Ba), strontium(Sr), titanium(Ti), zirconium(Zr), platinum(Pt), palladium(Pd), or ruthenium(Ru). The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, toner, essence, cream, gel, pack, sun cream, massage cream, foundation, and makeup base.
