<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagonal-flow fan or an axial-flow fan with small noise that has high performance of ventilation, and to provide an air conditioner mounted an outdoor unit therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The diagonal-flow fan or the axial-flow fan includes: a hub 14B rotating and driving; and two or more blades 14A arranged around the hub. When a pitch between the blades is P and a chord length of the blade is C, a pitch chord ratio P/C is 1.4 or more.
