PURPOSE: A hybrid memory system and management method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption by increasing the capacity of a memory unit. CONSTITUTION: A storage apparatus(140) stores code data and user data. A main memory unit(200) includes a volatile memory unit(210) and a non-volatile memory unit. The main memory unit stores data which is necessary to operate a CPU(Central Processing Unit)(100) from the storage unit. A part of the volatile memory unit is allocated as cache for data stored in the non-volatile memory unit.
