摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gummy candy which is mixed with sugar alcohol, minimizes crystallization of the sugar alcohol, and has favorable texture. <P>SOLUTION: The gummy candy containing the sugar alcohol and sucrose fatty acid ester is suppressed in crystallization of the sugar alcohol and has favorable texture equally to that of a gummy candy using sugar by further containing the sucrose fatty acid ester in the gummy candy using the sugar alcohol instead of sugar.
