<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gummy candy which is mixed with sugar alcohol, minimizes crystallization of the sugar alcohol, and has favorable texture. <P>SOLUTION: The gummy candy containing the sugar alcohol and sucrose fatty acid ester is suppressed in crystallization of the sugar alcohol and has favorable texture equally to that of a gummy candy using sugar by further containing the sucrose fatty acid ester in the gummy candy using the sugar alcohol instead of sugar. It is preferable that erythritol is used as the sugar alcohol, and the HLB of the sucrose fatty acid ester is 3-9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
