<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green sheet composite which enhances the yield in the manufacturing process of a ceramic multilayer substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The green sheet composite consists of a first plastic film 2 having thermal shrinkage of 0.05% or less, a green sheet 3 adhering onto the first plastic film 2 and having an alumina component and a glass component, and a second plastic film 4 adhering onto the green sheet 3 and having thermal shrinkage of 0.05% or less.
