<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a worker from soiling his hands when washing liquid and rinsing water are drained away. <P>SOLUTION: The washer can drain the washing liquid and rinsing water stored in the bottom of a washing room by removing from a washer body a projection 7A of a drain pipe, one end of which projects from the lower side into the washing room and on the upper side of which there is provided a filter 6.
