The device (3) has a heat exchanger chamber (21) formed between two wall sections (13, 15) and hydraulically connected with a supply line (25) by a connection region (29). A wall section (19) connects the former two wall sections and sectionally forms another supply line (27), which flows through by a heat exchanging medium (23). The heat exchanger chamber is hydraulically connected with the latter supply line by another connection region (31). The supply lines are formed by the latter wall section and another wall section (17).
