PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved bearing structure for projector. SOLUTION: In a projector having an optical engine 20, a lens sleeve 22 and the bearing structure 23, the lens sleeve 22 is connected to the optical engine 20 and the bearing structure 23 is brought into contact with the lens sleeve 22 by a roller or pad, thereby, the lens sleeve 22 is born. The lens sleeve 22 is thus made freely rotatable.
