The exchanger has a front covering element accommodating a gas or oil burner that is provided in a cylinder combustion chamber. A rear covering element is provided as a closure for the combustion chamber, where the chamber is designed as a tube bundle-heat exchanger. Multiple tubular heat exchanger pipes (4) arranged parallel to a longitudinal axis of the combustion chamber. An axially running opening (2) is formed between the two adjacent heat exchanger pipes for passing hot gasses in a radial direction. |
