PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cation polymeric ultraviolet ray-hardening type silicone release agent having excellent stability in storage, high hardening rate, and excellent transparency and to provide a release sheet having stable release performance for achieving excellent transparency and preventing change of release strength irrespective of elapse of time owing to the use of this release agent. SOLUTION: This energy beam-sensitive polymeric composition for release sheet contains energy beam-sensitive acid generating agent (A), an amine compound (B), and a cation hardening silicone resin (C).
