METHOD OF FABRICATING CERAMIC GREEN SHEET AND APPARATUS FOR DRYING CERAMIC GREEN SHEET

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating ceramic green sheet and apparatus for drying thereof are provided to increase gas density within dry zones by changing differential pressure within the drying zone from negative value to positive value. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating ceramic green sheet comprises the following steps: forming a ceramic green sheet by spreading ceramic slurry on a support base; drying the ceramic green sheet by passing through a plurality of dry zones(20); and applying positive differential pressure to a partial dry zone locating front end of the plurality of dry zones. The differential pressure is pressure figure which is obtained by subtracting venting pressure(Pout) from inlet pressure(Pin) of each dry zone.
